Recipe Database

I need help making a recipe databse for a school project. The brief requires the user to be able to enter a recipe and store it , come back and retrieve the recipe and also have the ability to calculate recipe figures using the ones originally input e.g if the original says 2 eggs per person the program should be able to make that 4 eggs if the user changes the amount serving to 2.
