How to install visual studio 2008 command prompt?

Hello everyone,

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 (64bit) with VS2008 Business Intelligence Development Studio installed.
The server has framework 4.0 installed.

I need to install "Visual Studio 2008 Command Prompt" without having to install a full version of Visual Studio 2008 / 2010 / 2012.
Is it possible to install just "Visual Studio 2008 Command Prompt"?

I've been searching for this for a while now but have found no decent answers. What are the minimal requirements to install on a server to have "Visual Studio 2008 Command Prompt"?
