Can't open VS2003 project

Hi,

I  have a .net 1.1 solution and i am adding existing projects to this solution. There is a project which is giving following error: -

"The project you are trying to open is web project. You need to open it by specifying its URL path."

I have tried adding a webinfo file but that does not work. Please suggest some solution to this.
