What am i doing wong in trying to use keyboard shortcuts to publish the existing page I am looking at. I belive it is Alt Alt P

I want to use the keyboard shortcut to publish the existing page I am looking at.  When I use Alt Alt P, I just get the project menu showing. I still have to click the publish page command.

What am I doing wrong?
