Where is less file when using VS with Bootstrap template

Hi,

I created a new project using VS 2013 with the option Twitter Bootstrap. Where is the Less file?

In bootstrap.css there is things like @page. These are Less variables arnt they. But where is the less file. And where are the variables to change font colors?
