VS2012 Toolbox Reset...where'd everything go?

I should have known better.  I clicked Reset Toolbox and everything disappeared.  ListView is selected and there's nothing there.  If I click show all, I get about 90% more than what I wanna see.  How can I get my tool box back to "Out of the Box" state?
