Other than directly editing the text of a style sheet, how does one add new styles in VS2012?
In VS2008 (my previous version) right-clicking a node in the "CSS Outline" toolbar or right-clicking on the text of the style sheet itself display the option "Add Style Rule". This doesn't happen VS2012.
In addition, VS2012's "Manage Styles" toolbar has a "New Style" button, but it doesn't seem to do anything.
I suppose it's no great burden to type it in and then use "Build Style" feature, but why have things been removed, and under what circumstances does that "New Style" button in "Manage Styles" work?
