Why can't the Start URL of a project be stored locally on the dev PC instead of checking the project out? It's so irritating when we have a team of developers that are all working on different pages, and each time we need to change that URL, it has to be checked out.
Can this be put into an enhancement request to treat this like other parts of the configuration where the setting is stored locally without a checkout?
