Publish website to IIS using visual studio

Hi,

I need to publish my website to IIS using visual studio. As perinstructions I should do as follows

But when I do exactly the same instructions, I didn't get the window above. I got this window instead

I have 2 Question

1. Why i got different window?

2. How can I publish my website in IIS with this window?
