IIS Express vs. Development Server

Just purchased VS2012 and tried one of my websites (not web app, just website) that ran without error in VS2010.

When I Build, it runs under the Development Server and I get all sorts of crazy errors, most often I get "Server Too Busy" -- odd!

However, when I run the website using IIS Express (that comes with VS2012) it works flawlessly, no errors, great!!!!

I don't care to figure out the reasons for the errors with the Development Server because it works under IIS Express and it works on the real server running IIS too. Great!

But...

I want to use IIS Express during development all the time so under Tools->Options->Projects and Solutions->Web Projects, I check Use IIS Express for new file-based websites and projects -- expecting IIS Express to be used all the time, right?

But now, every time I open the website VS2012 always asks:

I now have to click Yes every time I open up my websites to work -- how can I disable this? I obviously told it to always use IIS, but this is really annoying!!!!

I have also tried modifying the Start Options under the website's Property Pages but no success. I installed SP1 for VS2012 too.

Can I uninstall the Visual Studio Development Server? How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.
