I've been uploading and deleting files on a remote server that host my Website by connecting to it with my home computer and with Visual Studio 2017. I never had a problem before while doing this. Recently my provider (my Website host / remote server) upgrade
their system and this created a lot of problem for me. At this time I cannot access their server at all, due to this I'm not able to upload, delete or download files from the remote server. I use to do the following with Visual Studio to connect to the server.
Click 'Website' on the top menu, a drop down menu appear and I click on 'Copy Website'. After this a pop up window display asking me for username and password and after that Visual Studio will display the a panel for me to upload, delete or download files
between server and my computer. At this time after entering user name and password, Visual Studio is displaying the following message: ' The Web siteftp://ftp.fingerpolishfornails.com does not exist. Would you
like to create it? Yes? No?
I don't know what to do here, what do this mean? Should I click on yes? If so, what is it that I'm doing by creating the ftp:// whatever. Thanks all for your help.
