Good Day!
May laptop has Windows10 and VS2015 is working fine on this.
I have installed Visual Studio 2013 and when I try to create a new project it gives error.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
[Debug] [Close program]

and when I click on debug, it gives following error

Additional information: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
