WebSite Project all references are missing, could not add reference

I have created a website project in Visual Studio 2013, it was working fine until yesterday. But today all assembly references are missing.

Getting the message Type or namespace does not exist

When try to add the missing reference assembly getting the error message, the web site is already referencing the assembly.

This is quite annoying.

Any help would be appreciated.
