LINQ to SQL Debug Visualizer visual studio 2013

I am trying to setup and use the LINQ to SQL Visualizer but can not get it to work. Here are the instructions I followed:

On my local machine I went to the following directory:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\Packages\Debugger

Then I created a Visualizers directory so I have the following:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\Packages\Debugger\Visualizers

Finally, I copied the AnySourceEntityQueryVisualizerWPF.dll into my new directory and started up Visual Studio 2013. After that I opened an Entity Framework project using LINQ and when I hover over the LINQ expression I see nothing. Can anyone help?
