Source Control - Git : The current solution has projects that are located outside the solution folder

I had added my solution to Microsoft Git Provider source control . 

But our company purchased TFS and required every solution to be migrated there. 

I have tried moving there and i get this error . 

Source Control - Git : The current solution has projects that are located outside the solution folder.These projects will not be source controlled in Git repository.To add all the projects to a single Git repository please consolidate all projects under a single folder. 

How can i get rid of this error or how can i move my project to be under TFS.
