DropDownList always selecting first Item

Hi,

I have a old asp.net application, now,on framework 4, I have problems with one DropDownList, it work when I run it locally in visual studio. when I publish it in window server 2008,  one of the dropdowninList always selecting  first item. its was working before the code have not change.
