Cant find intellitrace

I have VS 2013 ultimate and I cant find intellitrace, its not in option cant find it anywhere. Not sure when I last saw it, I may have reinstalled since then, I also have VS 2015 community installed, I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
How to get intellitrace back?
