can't create tables or stored procedure in Visual Studio

sir,
once i moved my full code and database from pc(vs ver 2010) to laptop (vs 2013 ) and connect my database using sql server 2008 ,now i cant create  or alter new tables or stored procedure inVisual Studio IDE (i can create and alter it in sql server management studio)
