Process With ID 6632 is not running in VS 2013

I'm trying debug my mvc application but every time I'm getting this Error "Process with ID 6632 is not running "

I searched on google and found some solution but none of them are working. what I have tried so far is

1- Rename IISExpress folder
2- Conrol Panel => System => Advanced System Settings => Environment variable => and then set 
 variable name = _CSRUN_DISABLE_WORKAROUNDS 
 variable value = 1.
 then rebooted my pc but facing same problem .
