VS2013 Upgraded to Update 3 - lost template configuration.

After upgrading to VS2013 Update 3, when I select a ASP.Net Web Application and get the configuration wizard, no templates are listed.  I've done a repair and a complete reinstall without any luck.  

The "Empty", "Web Forms", "MVC ", "Web API", and "Single Page Application" template do not show up anymore.

At the time of update I also installed the latest Azure tools (version 2.4).
