I have a problem with Visual Studio 2013.2 Premium finding MVC 5 project templates - they just aren't presented.
I tried one of the recommended solutions (run the "repair" option in Visual Studio 2013's installer, as well as the repair in the Update 2 installer), both of which failed to correct the problem. The MVC templates are still missing:
