Documention for VS2013 Html Editor in MSDN Library?

Hi,

I cannot find any documentation for the new HTML Editor (the one lacking Design View) in Visual Studio 2013 on MSDN Library.

The only documentation for "HTML Designer" seems to be here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/y9d53c8d(v=vs.100).aspx

And it is for Visual Studio 2010 and talks about Design View.

All I can find is Hanselman's video talking about the new features and a bunch of blog posts complaing about missing design view.  Where is the actual documentation for how it works and how to use it?
