Keyword-rich URLs

Im trying to improve my website ranking in search engines by adding keyword rich URLs. 

The book im using to add the code refers to Visual Web Developer 2008 Express but im using 2012 Express.

I have downloaded the source code for URLRewriter and im trying to add a reference to Intelligencia.UrlRewriter assembly but there is no matching file in the downloaded source code. 

Is this method outdated now or should this still work?

Could someone provide a good guide to adding code for keyword rich URLs. My website has querystrings in the URLs http://www.lingerie-luxury.co.uk/

I would really appreciate any help.
