the module was expected to contain assembly manifest vs2010.Could not load file or assembly console application or one of its dependency. OR APPLICATION FAILED TO INITIALIZE PROPERLY (0X000007B)

HI All,

i have fresh installation of win XP sp3 ,office 2007 ,sql server 2005 with visual studio 2010 and nokia mobile ovi suite in my machine.

every time when i try to run simple hello word console or window app program from vs2010 c# enviroment i am getting the error

"Error while Trying to run project could not load file or assemble consoleapp or one of its depency.

MODULE WAS EXPECTED TO CONTAIN ASSEMBLY MANIFEST".

I am able to successfully build the sol but not able to run it.

i tried disable visual studio hosting process from properties but then the next error comes

"APPLICATION FAILED TO INITIALIZE PROPERLY (0X000007B)" erro.

Any HELP or suggestion will also help other as there is no EXACT solution over the internet for this Problem.
