retrieve data from Oracle, Ms Access, SQL, My Sql, in One Form

Iam working in window application, I need  retrieve data from Oracle, Ms Access, SQL, My Sql, in One Form,or in Excel format, How to design and coding for this application...?pls Help me......any ideas?
